You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Recuperates data lost. Has a very small recovering data. It’s very easy to handle with. Different from other recovery programs, this one can also recover password protected documents. DOC Regenerator recovers corrupted or deleted docs from an entire disk. The exceptional thing is that it can also recover from formatted disk drives! Has a very good speed of recovering, and you don’t have to be experienced in order to use it. This can save your time and redeem your lost hopes. For many buyers, this is good because has simple commands, and uses the littlest CPU/RAM resource.
Cons:
Maybe the greatest minus of this program is the fact that it doesn’t support latest windows version (vista). So, you can consider that this program is already “smoked”. This is a high security program, so why didn’t they make a password to protect it? You may have lots of intimate information that you want to recover just for yourself. Also, you can’t recover docs in 2007 office format. Maybe because of its simple use and commands, the aspect isn’t really glittering… If you want to search just a place in your computer for a doc that you need right now, you can’t. You have to scan the entire disk drives. The price seems to be way to much (for those who can’t afford it), but for others who are willing to throw their pennies away, this can be fair enough. You would like to create a single folder for this program, but you can’t recover and save files in the folder located on a drive. There are a lot of alternatives, so you have to make your search better, to give this amount of money for another program of this type, good looking and with improved features.
Review:

When I used this program the second time, I managed to recover some files that I needed so much! Well, I still use Windows XP, and this is a condition for the program to work, because this won’t work on Vista. I retrieved what I wanted without any lost. Using the trial version helped me to decide whether I’ll buy it or not. At the beginning, I was almost sure that this is a great product that deserves to be bought. But, later on, I detected some misses and this made me change my mind.

-I don’t think that some deleted files, that were unwanted once, can value almost 50 dollars. I choose to be more careful in the future.

-I didn’t see any kind of certificate, so this can damage my PC, right?

-If I want to upgrade at Vista, I must say goodbye to this software
-I had my antivirus running, so I noticed that this program tried to connect to the internet. For what? This can be an adware, you can’t be sure, because they just don’t tell you anything.
-I think that there is some recycle bin software, windows certified and at a lower price.

But, when I told about this program to my cousin, who runs something like an accounting firm, he was thrilled! It happened to him that his system crashed and he lost important information that couldn’t have been restored. He keeps Windows XP just to use this program, so for some peoples it’s a must-have software! So the interested ones can find the price good reported to the damage that can be fixed. To see if this suits for you, download the trial version, then delete some files that you don’t need any more, and see for yourself how it’s working.

If you want to be sure that you’ll never had to be angry on system crash downs or any other bad things that can happen, buy it, and don’t mind the price! For the only purpose of recovering data and just this, DOC Regenerator works perfect.

How does it work? Doc Regenerator scans your hard drive, FAT or NTFS and is trying to find parts of the document that you lost. For the price (upon which many have argued) you can find an alternative – USB stick, where you can store all of your docs (even the smallest size will be enough, because the docs files aren’t big if written without pictures). Somebody may be really pissed off by the “dead” interface, with so few colors, that reminds you of Windows 95 (works on that version, of course). This product is malleable, so that everyone in need could use it.

If you don’t have sufficient space on your hard drive and you may think that this can be a real pain with all those recoveries and fragmentations…Don’t be, it has only 7 MB.

Now, I wonder why they didn’t make a program to recover the entire Microsoft Office pack? Maybe then, the price would have been indeed reasonable. I forgot to tell you that this program can also recover files from an external drive (like flash), but (as I mentioned before) can’t save them in the same place. Let me tell you the experience with my cousin. He had a word file containing his market analysis for the past 3 months. This was some personal data that he used to decide whether to sell or to buy something. And, his system just crashed down. He bought the program, without concerning about the price. When he saw that his file was recovered he said – “It worth every penny I gave for it!”. So, for those who are in real need of this kind of product or for those who are cluttered, you’ve found the solution!

This program doesn’t delete files; it just recovers deleted or overwritten files. If you care about your stress level, this is a great tool to keep it steady! When I was working on some document, I tried to execute the program. It automatically closed my doc and I lost some phrases (Word didn’t manage to save at that moment). So, this goes for a little minus. I must remind you not to use docx format, this type isn’t recoverable.

Conclusion:

By overall, it’s good software of easy use. Now, the aspect and price for this make her look like some programs for 13 years ago (Windows 95). It’s just not like that these days! Knowing that hacking is so overwhelming, you don’t sell it for 50$! If it was 15-25, maybe it could have more selling, because, frankly speaking, I don’t think that this product has known a lot of sales. If there were a search option, so you can indicate where he has to scout the files, you could save more time. For recovering the whole system, it can take hours. My personal advice is that you keep your money for other things, the company who made this product is acting greedy be setting the price so high…
