Review:

I'm a big fan of strategy games but this one just doesn't seem to cut it.

Installation was quick and easy. The initial instruction screen was also very straightforward. Before I started playing, though, I still felt the need to mute the background music and to disable the full-screen setting.

There were two tracks for background music. Both of which were equally repetitive and very eighties. I'd appreciate if they were more upbeat to contrast the slow pace of the game.

The interface wasn't exactly bad. The graphics were of mediocre quality, but the fonts weren't too easy on the eyes. Half the skins were decent. The others were either too confusing or too painful to stare into.

From the looks of it, I was expecting a more fast-paced game; however, it was based more on strategy. The game ran really slowly, requiring you to somehow search the entire set of blocks for every move. There was also timed game option which counts you down from 30 minutes.

Although there was a save function, I honestly did not find the game interesting enough to go back to. It takes too long to finish one stage. It also became very predictable as there were no challenge variations.

For a paid software, it was somehow poorly crafted. For example, there was a duplicate message window bug on game over. There also was no uninstall option on the Start menu item group.

This game concept actually has potential. It just needs more work on execution and audience appropriation.

Conclusion:

You may somehow appreciate it if you love Sudoku and Tetris, but it's definitely not fun for kids and teens.
