Review:

While installing the game Crusaders Of Space I remembered my youth and the good old games. This is a classical Space Invaders like game. You fly a spaceship and you kill the incoming aliens. It is a good and old idea.

However the game is not very good and it only looks old. The graphics are pathetic, some of the worst I have ever seen. Everything looks so incomplete, spaceships and everything else has nearly no details. I have seen more than a decade old games with more detailed graphics.

On the other hand you listen to really nice music, yet still sound effects are not top-notch.

The gameplay itself is quite bad. It is very easy to use. You can move your spaceship only left-right (and not forward-backward). Another thing that can get on your nerves is that you can die quite fast, there is nearly no room for error.
There is a nice variety of enemies but unfortunately they all look and act very similar. There is nearly no sign of some quality artificial intelligence and the basic difference between modes (easy, normal, hard) is the speed of the gameplay.

Conclusion:

Anyway the game has good potentials, but it seems very incomplete. Still it is good for time-killing as it is fun to play and you might just as well get addicted to that incompletion. Yet again, I doubt that it is really worth the money, it should be cheaper.
