You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Impressively fast, effective and not a hassle at all to use.
Cons:
It is overpriced, very much so. I also feel there would be better alternatives out there, cheaper or even free.
Review:

Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker is an effective tool that allows you to make your very own labels for CD's or DVD's cases.

If you are anything like me, you burn many discs every week, this tool can be useful for simple designs on cases, what makes it easy is the simple tool bars and buttons that are practically second nature. This can be a godsend if your in a rush or want to get something done fast.

Users can choose amongst a multitude of different designs, and then can modify the text or colours or shapes. You can even grab pictures you've taken yourself or manipulated in other programs. I do feel however that the options stop a little short and most of the designs can be very uninteresting and even boring to use. I do not think they have put enough effort into the artwork for the designs.

Don't get me wrong, Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker has some very good features that make mundane chores short and fun, for example; it quickly allows you to import track numbers, names and some other meta data from your collection. This is great because I would never in a million years sit and type everything out, just for a nice looking label.

If you need a program just to print a label here or there, you can't go past the GIMP or Photoshop, but for serious printing this application may come in handy. There are better options available that are much cheaper or even free and have more content then Acoustica so I can't fully recommend it.

Conclusion:

Honestly I would not purchase it, there is just a little something holding me back. It is expensive and there are better alternatives out there, I would just use GIMP.
