You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Easy installation. Easy to use. Good print quality. Support most of the printable documents like .doc, .xls, .ppt, .txt, .html, .jpg/.jpeg, .gif etc.
Cons:
No unique feature against its competitors. Same features are available in many freeware software. No independent user control panel or file management system.
Review:

PDF camp is a useful software for converting printable documents to PDF file.
Installation process is easy but it prompts for making it default printer is not a good option. It should be avoided. It needs to restart the computer for successful installation is annoying.

It does not detect automatically the alignment of documents with high breadth e.g. an excel file with large no. of columns and hence page adjustment is not good.

PDF Camp has no unique features to make it interesting to buy as the same features are available with freewares.

Conclusion:

The overall conclusion about this software is Average. I'll personally not prefer to buy this product. The main reason behind this is if the same functions and features are available with freewares then why we pay?
