You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Keeps challenging you, doesn't get boring, you can do thing in many different ways.
Cons:
Bad controls and some simple soundtracks would be nice. The controls in the ReadMe file are only for Apple users.
Review:

Great game, it's an original addition to the chain reaction, physics simulating games. Very addictive, you don't get sick of it, as you progress. The idea is to get the water dripping from a container to reach another container. You do that by placing obstacles in its way.

The controls lack feeling somehow and that can be very aggravating. When you are selecting an item, you don't know what it is. And they do have names, you can see them in the ReadMe file, it just doesn't show them to you. And once you get one from the sidebar, you can't put it back. So if you decide you don't need it right now, you have to leave it floating in space, which leads to chaos,if you're dealing with a lot of items.

The graphics are perfectly fine for that type of game, but there is no music in gameplay. It seems unstable while loading, it keeps flashing back to the desktop, which is annoying. But it does have an editor, that lets you design your own custom levels, and that alone is hours of fun, if you decide to get creative.

Conclusion:

I'm completely hooked, I would totally buy this game.
