Pros:
It was able to recover lost files even if I overwrote multiple copies on the disk and deleted them all, support most of the MS Word versions, resume supported if you stopped the recovery task in between, specifically while using a demo version, you can continue after you purchase the full version.

Cons:
Did not work on 2007 version of MS Office, is as documented, but I tried this to see if it in case works!. Elapsed time counter got lost - when I resumed my recovery task - not sure why?

Review:
Its a handy utility for small/home office kind of environment, where documents are everything - no database, no sytem admins to recovery disks etc, & no geeks around to help you. Tried on differnt kind of corrupted word documents - opened the document in notepad and deleted some segments here and there, but this utility recovered it easily.
It wold be nice if it can recover - Excel, MS Access as these are also mostly used along with MS Work in most of the SOHO environment.
Conclusion:
In my opinion its a perfect tool for small office/home office kind of environment, for people who are not soo geeky. Also, is much cheaper compated other office recovery tool out there.
