You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Pretty graphics, relaxing visual (studies show that watching fish in a tank can lower blood pressure...I assume it works for CGI fish as well as real ones.) Nice amount of setting options.
Cons:
None, it's a great little screen saver.
Review:

The Aqua Real Screen Saver is pretty much just that... an aquatic screen saver. It's easy to download and easy to install. The features are a bit more advanced than other similar screen savers.

You have quite a bit of control as far as your "fish tank" is concerned. You can change the type and number of fish in the tank, and you can also change the background colors and airation bubbles. With the full version it is implied that you can even change the coral reef to another foreground. (There is a drop down menu but the trial version only has one choice.)

Tickling the fish does just what it does in real life: it scares them and makes them move away from you. The option to feed the fish is pretty nice...just remember: Don't over feed them!

Conclusion:

For $18 this is a real nice little screen saver.
