Review:

This is a mind point game. When it play's our mind is clearly inteligent
breakthrough. You could compare Brickshooter with the game 'Bubble'. Just like in Bubble, you have to shoot squares in different colors to the center of the map. The goal is to allign 3 or more squares in a vertical or horizontal line, or in a L-shape.

Personally, I think this game is a bit harder than Bubble because you have 4 sides from which you can shoot. This makes it sometimes a bit chaotic, because you have so many different colors. Sometimes it just takes too much time to plan you next move, and this takes the fun out of the game (at least for me it did).

The music in the game is annoying. It was the first thing I turned off when I started the game. There are more options in the menu though. You can also change the skin of the game. Here's another example of the skin: http://nl.tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2557v2b&s=3
You can also adjust the sounds and the difficulty of the game. If you adjust the difficulty, you can choose the number of colors you get. The easiest settings was a game with 5 colors.

It's also a good idea to take another look at the instructions. The instructions you get the first time when you start up the game just aren't enough.

Conclusion:

This is a game you might enjoy for a few minutes. I think the main problem is the price of this software. Free of cost that be well
