You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Something to stare at if you are extremely bored.
Cons:
The fish, the graphics, the background, the premise, the sounds. Hey, why didn't they just add some relaxing music with a soft sound of water? Zero support or help, well I suppose you won't really need much help with an interactive screen saver.
Review:

Screen savers like this should be free, honestly. With graphics that look almost pre-rendered, it's not hard to take a pass at purchasing this screen saver. First of all, a screen saver shouldn't cost as much as a full dinner for two. This is definitely not fun either, the poking fish idea is just plain stupid. The whole premise of having an interactive screen saver is complete bogus; screen savers are on when you are away, not to play with them.

The fish themselves aren't much to look at, with so little variation of fish, and a terrible background... This is something you definitely want to stay away from. Hate to be so negative about this product but the fact is it's nothing special, and far from it. From the annoying noises produced by the bubbles, to the entire premise of an interactive screen saver, to the terribly rendered graphics, it is clearly evident that this is something you don't want to buy.

Conclusion:

It would be a mistake to buy this for five dollars. It would be burning money if you buy this for the whopping 18 dollars. It comes right down to this: I highly recommend you do not purchase this screen saver.
