Review:

Dungeon Scroll is an educational game trying to pass off as an "exciting word game with a RPG-like theme". This game is not exciting, and the attempt at passing this off as RPG-like is a joke. I'm pretty sure you know how the rest of this review is going to go.

To start off, the sound quality is poor (despite the claims of the developers), the gameplay is repetitive and get boring. Fast. I could only stand 5, maybe 6 minutes of gameplay my first run through. Not to mention the 2D graphics, which for the time of the release of the original version (version 1.0, 2003) was not up to par with most game releases which the majority of featured full 3D graphics.

Although the worst part (in my opinion at least), is that it's overpriced for the amount of content you get (25 levels). But it's not all the bad, atleast it's easy to pickup, good for children, simple & easy to use. That about sums it up, overall i'd say this game is about a 2.5/10.

Conclusion:

Don't buy this game!
