Pros:
Understandable and simple working environment for the Windows version, faster than the competition, Portable, it decrypts security keys and also removes printing and publishing restrictions.
Cons:
No pause and resume option, slightly expensive and no GUI (Graphical user interface) for the Linux version.
Review:

If you've forgotten or lost the password for your encrypted PDF files then this is the software that will help you to recover your files.
The time it takes to decrypt the PDF files depends of the length of the password protecting the file. The longer the password the longer it takes to decrypt. Also a very important variable for the amount of time consumption is the power of your CPU, more power equals faster decryption. Decrypting this kind of protection takes a lot of time, but GuaPDF is one of (if not) the fastest PDF password decrypting software on the market.
It can also go around PDF document security restrictions such as publication and printing. It only takes one click to make the magic happen.
After running the software you can chose how much CPU resources you want the application to use and you can minimize it into the tray so that you can use your PC for other stuff. The software is compatible with Acrobat 8.x and 9.x files. The only features that it is lacking are a GUI interface for the Linux version and a Pause and Resume option.

Conclusion:

If you need a very fast and easy to use software to decrypt forgotten PDF passwords or to remove file usage restrictions then the need justifies the price which is a little bit high.
