You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
Helpful support team. Great for those unfamiliar with dvd backup. Pretty GUI.
Cons:
Hardly high speed, what it can do in 1 hour takes 15 minutes with another program. Massive memory hog. Overpriced.
Review:

Although a product like this serves it's purpose in today's modern society, it is terribly overpriced for the job it does.

Almost $50 for a product that produces the same results as dvd shrink or dvd decrypter, both of which have been around for years FOR FREE, without a pretty GUI.

The 'CSS decrypter' it uses is a simple brute force technique, utilized by all similar products, in order to attempt to unlock a dvd. Write speed is less than average, I managed 4000kB/s compared to 16000kB/s with dvd decrypter.

If you want to pay for a product to create duplicate dvd's or digital copies, consider a product that has the inbuilt option to convert to various formats, such as dvd fab.

The product is outdated, as the current version is VII.

As highlighted below, you will see that the name of the product is changed 3 times. Unsure if this is a review or a summary of the product.

"DVD Cloner VI is an outstanding DVD Copy application and one of the few available that includes the CSS decryptor...

...The main difference between this product and the next-best product is that DVD Cloner II comes packaged with a CSS decryptor and there is no additional download necessary.

Features:

* Easy to copy DVD. Fool proof! Backup DVD with just one click and everything is ok!
* DVD-9 to DVD-5. A D9 (8GB) DVD movie can be copied to one regular D5 DVD+R/RW DVD-R/RW (4.7GB)
* High speed DVD copy. The copy of a 2- hour DVD movie can be finished within one hour.
* Perfect 1:1 DVD copy. Copy DVD movies without distortion.Ripper included,Copy any encryped DVD movies!
* High compatibility. DVD-CLONER 3 supports most popular DVD burners."

So what version are we supposed to evaluate? DVD-CLONER 2, 3 or 4?

Conclusion:

Any version of this product should be totally avoided. It is nothing more than an old free dvd ripper, renamed and presented with a better layout. For those who own a product like this, ensure that you keep original copies of dvds, even if they no longer work. It is illegal (in many countries) to have backups unless you can prove you purchased the original. Current version of this software is 7. There is also a 'premium' version, which has extra features that you would expect for such a price.
