Review:

The noticeably decreased performance of computer, applications taking too much time to load is an indication that your computer needs to be defragmented. O&O Defrag can do the job done for you without harming your computer.

Installation makes it easy even novice user can perform the installation. It has an option to choose whether the utility is available to all users or to the current profile. That's security huh?
It also asks if you want it to be the default defragmenting software, which is a nice feature considering the native Windows defragger is rather weak.

It defragments all fragmented files and tries to consolidate them in order to optimize available free space.

I used the Complete Access feature and try to run it in an 80 GB hard drive it defrags much faster than the default Windows Defragging utility.

After defragging, the summary reports provides accurate detail that allows you to see the report so you can compare the difference. You can also create a preview report of your drives current status.

There is an scheduling feature that allows every user to schedule defragmentation without interupting the user's activity.

Conclusion:

O&O Defrag is a flexible defragger that every user will love to have with. Having a trial version of it, I would love to upgrade to a full version. Dont ask why? Just read above.
