Review:

I remember saying from an earlier review that there were too many sci-fi games around and that it was losing originality. Alien Shooter is the game, if any on the internet, that might just save it. It's sci-fi, but it does it a different way from the majority of the others: 3D shooting from a sideways and above perspective.

I didn't expect much in terms of graphics but surprisingly, Alien Shooter actually gives you big bang for your bucks! The levels are surprisingly well designed and interesting. The aliens are alien, which is an essencial part of any sci-fi game! The character selection and weapon selection menus are also well designed.

Music-wise, its adrenaline, action music that you hear while you shoot everything in site with your shotgun! The music definitely helps keep you on your feet (Not literally) and provides some atmosphere to the game.

The gameplay of Alein Shooter is typical shoot-em-up stuff but it is still fun! Having to face over 100 aliens with just a shotgun may sound like suicide on paper but when you're playing the game it's a great way to relive stress and to have fun! You have two characters to pick, which is a nice touch and you can buy approximately two dozen guns and ammunition! Having a feature like this does help entice people as they get to choose the weapons instead of the creators.

The control system, although bearable, is a bit too wobbly for my liking but it's a minor complaint for a game as good as this.

Conclusion:

An adrenaline filled gaem from start to finish!
