You can buy it at RegNow for that price.
Pros:
it has very good quality features for editing and recording.
Cons:
audacity is free and does exactly the same so dont waste your money on this just download audacity or any other free software you can find.
Review:

right this is a very nice piece of software.A very good UI and also had alot of decent features.
It has some unique UI features which are very desirable. some of these features are excellent editing features. Multiple undo/redo levels but the real killer is it allows you to view each of your actions in the edit history along with a preview. It also has excellent crash recovery features. it can recover even the clipboard and edit history.

This would make anyone think this is worth the money. But theres already a superb audio editing software Audacity. And its free. It can do anything that NGWave does and more. Plus Audacity being opensource allows you to install plugins to do your job more effectively.
Only negative is crash recovery isnt as good as NGWave.audacity is a very good piece of software and i think it does everything any other recording software does such as logic or cubase. it has basicly all of the same features and does it all at a very good quality

i think that audacity would be the more recomendable software as it is free and does everything any other recording software does at a high quality.

Conclusion:

Conclusion: Decent software, but there are better ones out there and free, with lot of help/support. I would give this one a slip.
