Pros: Extremely easy to use; Efficient at converting videos; Wide variety of supported video formats.
Cons: No built-in help - you must go to the website; It is a "one-trick pony", which may or may not be a positive aspect for some.

Pros: Easy to use Creates ipod videos very quickly View easy to use
Cons: May need to download some other files, like the Divx codec to convert some files.
