Pros: Simple user interface, one who much not familiar with computer can work on it, easy to install.

Pros: Easy to navigate, accesible to people without much computer experience, very effective, lets you customize every aspect of the scan or has a recommended setting for new users
Cons: Can be slow at times, usually have to restart afterwards, was not completely sure if it was erasing only the things I wanted erased
