Pros: it is well co-ordinated with windows toggle operation of (Alt+Tab function) and does not mess up with the work environment.
Cons: Size of the note window cannot be changed. and 3D effect is not upto our imagination.

Pros: These notes are a convenient way to get organized. They are unintrusive and you can turn on alarms to warn you when a deadline in aproaching.
