Pros: With IP Switcher you can automatically change all network settings on your pc: IP address, network masks, default gateway, dns server, wins server, proxy settings, default printer and more.

Pros: superbly simplifies the not so easy task of changing network configurations for multiple types of connections
Cons: the interface isn't exactly friendly and can get confusing; the narrowness of the focused target (highly dynamic people with more than 3-4 connections)

Pros: Allows for simple switching between multiple IP addresses After it has been set up, IPSwitcher Basic can be used by any person who knows how to right-click then select the proper locaiton
Cons: Not that useful since most networks automatically assign IP addresses. Does not work on Windows 7, however there might be a patch after it is officially released. IPSwitcher Basic is also overpriced: less functionality than free software Knowledge of networking is required for basic setup. It also doesn't offer domain name switching.
