Pretty Good Solitaire

By Leski1991 on Wed, 2012-02-15 13:36
Pros: Doesn't take much space on the computer, good mouse sensitivity
Cons: Back of the cards, timer
I personaly like solitaire itself very much. I basically try out every single solitaire related game to find out "the one". I have to say that this type of games can be extremely addictive. Ofcourse...

If you have nothing better to do ...

By ChadVader on Sun, 2009-12-20 18:25
Pros: Cheap, small install size, variety of games, good graphics, ample tutorials for each game
Cons: -
First of all, when I saw that there are 600 card games included in this package I couldn't believe it. I knew just 5-6 card games. Now, if I have time to read the full help index, I could play 600...

It was alright.

By Malik on Mon, 2009-01-26 19:39
Pros: -Innovative way of providing a common service -Plenty of games to leave you distracted from boredom -Good way to exercise the brain if you are too good for basic solitaire
Cons: -Somewhat too pricey for the type of software -Instructions might not be clear to some people (mostly for the more complicating games)
Other reviews are making it seem like, at least to me, this is the best solitaire related software that's out there. I'm not saying that I fully disagree, but the bundle of games on the program...

Not enough games!

By tdub on Fri, 2008-10-31 17:09
Pros: Plenty of games to play.
Cons: Graphics: They try to put pictures in the background to add to it, but it needs much more. Not good directions.
I had no clue you could play so many games with 52 cards. I've played games most of my life, but never thought I would say "there's too many games to play." That's exactly the first thought that came...

Pros: So many games to keep card game/solitaire players entertained for hours!
Cons: Not so great graphics, and a steep registration price for a solitaire set.
Most people in their spare time, bored at the office, or just left with nothing to do will probably consider opening up that game of Solitaire or Freecell to kill the time. Although it may be fun for...

"Pretty Good" is an absolute understatement

By FCH1972 on Mon, 2008-09-01 17:05
Pros: Graphics, Variety (both in available decks and playing styles), Lots of Information to help you pick a style to play

If variety defeats boredom...Winner!

By GandalfsFury on Wed, 2008-08-06 02:42
Pros: Large variety with easy to understand rules that get you quickly from one game to the next. Long time before you get burn-out with this game.
Cons: Although colorful, it's a big 2D'ish. It could use some shadow effects.
The install wizard was smooth with options like choosing the destination path (some don't...quite anoying). With the vast number of games it can seem overwhelming at first, but the categories help...

This is the definitive solitairre game

By GameKing on Fri, 2008-02-01 08:31
Pros: Good graphics. The developer has taken advantage of the computer in every way possible to make playing solitairre on your computer more enjoyable than playing with cards.
Cons: I haven't heared my wife complain about anything, so I suspect there is not much to complain about.
I purchased this game for my wife several years ago. She loves it. Since then she has bought a couple of upgrades--and also purchased the game for her brother. She likes to play on her computer as we...
